We all go off-site for a day or so, break the whole course down into its component parts, put them on stickies, then stick them up on the wall. Everything is up for grabs and everything becomes a potentially moving part. It’s a good way to do a comprehensive overhaul and bringing in the whole team is both a morale builder and ensures we have several fresh eyes on the product.
